Dimla Upazila is a border upazila of Nilphamari District in the Indian state of Rangpur. Dimla Upazila has already qualified as the best upazila of the year in 2012 through 10 Union Digital Centers and a sub-digital center for former enclave dwellers in order to provide government and non-government services to the people through maximum use of information technology for the overall development of the people of this upazila. Will play a leading role in delivery.
