To this end, a call center has been opened by the A2I program in the Prime Minister's Office whose call rate is 60 paisa / minute and operation- 24x7 and 365x1. Through the National Information Center, all the citizens of the country can be informed about various government information and services using voice calls, SMS, IVR, social media and e-mail. Request for remedies for various social issues (child marriage, dowry, eve teasing, women's torture, buying and selling drugs, gambling, clash, etc.); Request for emergency and disaster relief; You can complain about the demands of roads, bridges, culvert rehabilitation and the availability of various civil services. All citizens have been requested to call the short code 333 from any number of mobile operators to get the services mentioned in the National Information Center.
